But what is Channel Harmony, and how does it lead to such strong collaboration?
What is Channel Harmony?

We also host a number of channel events throughout the year where our partners can meet with RingCentral experts and other channel peers to build those relationships that underpin our shared success.
With a world-class team of dedicated partner managers, account executives, and subject matter experts at their disposal, partners have 24/7 access to experts that will help them succeed.

Above all, our commitment is to protect the relationships our partners have built with their customers in the field. We understand the hard work that has gone into building a partner’s reputation in the community, and we will always put that first. And we’re well aware that our partners are experts in their customers’ needs and verticals.
Channel Harmony combines that insight with RingCentral’s industry-leading UCaaS and CCaaS products and knowledge. This is key to both partner and customer success, which in turn means success for RingCentral. In other words, we all win together—and everyone gets compensated accordingly.

Channel Harmony awards and recognitions
Both RingCentral Partners and the channel community at large have recognized the power of Channel Harmony, and we have the trophies to prove it.
To me, these awards are not so much a notch in RingCentral’s belt, but instead highlight how the Channel Harmony model strives to serve partners’ needs first, letting success follow suit.
1. Partner Programs Guide
First off is a major recognition of the power of Channel Harmony, a five-star rating in CRN’s Partner Program Guide. The 5-star rating is achieved only by select vendors that deliver the best of the best, going above and beyond with their partner programs to help push growth and positive change.
2022 marks the seventh year in a row that RingCentral has earned five stars in the CRN Partner Programs Guide, making us the only pure-cloud UC+CC provider that can boast such a feat.
2. ARN Innovation in Collaboration
Australia’s voice of the IT Channel, ARN, acknowledged RingCentral’s channel prowess and the effects of Channel Harmony on partnerships with the Innovation in Collaboration award.
When it comes to putting partners first, this award showcases how Channel Harmony is the best at working with the channel to serve their needs and those of their customers.
3. Circle of Excellence
While everything we do is always a team effort, myself and the partner leadership team were also honored with several awards from around the channel.
These rewards recognize individuals in their scope. But in my mind, they’re just as much of a reinforcement of the power of Channel Harmony as a whole. And, at the heart of it, it all comes back to the relationships we have with our channel partners.

For example, Channel Future’s Circle of Excellence is a peer-to-peer award that recognizes channel leaders and their programs who create noticeable value for their customers. In 2021, I secured my third appearance in the Circle of Excellence, and I couldn’t have done it without all of our partners as well as my top-notch team.
4. Women of the Channel
Next is CRN’s Women of the Channel award, which recognized Wendy Harmon in their most recent edition for the second year in a row.
Women of the Channel identifies women whose vision and drive has a major impact on partners, and Wendy’s passion for people—both inside and out of RingCentral—is changing the game for our partners.
5. Channel Chief
In addition to Circle of Excellence, we secured Channel Chief for the sixth year running. The award highlights channel leaders who create programs that drive value for partners.
6. Channel Influencer
The last of these awards of 2021 is Channel Future’s Channel Influencer award, a second win in a row.
Channel Influencer recognizes authoritative figures in the channel, and this win further propagates the concept of Channel Harmony and the benefits it provides partners.
As far as recognition goes, all of these awards cement the position of RingCentral’s dedication to partners and how, ultimately, it’s all about making it easy for partners to win with RingCentral.
