What can the restaurant industry implement from e-commerce strategy?
The restaurant industry is way overdue for implementing best practices that e-commerce companies have implemented for years!
Here are some tips that I have for restaurants:
1. Data. Restaurants have yet to standardize data!
2. Personalization. Restaurants tend to run promotions per day, but should focus on customer behaviors.
3. Cause and effect metrics. Restaurants should put energy into measuring sales from media.
