Even until a few years ago, managing HRMS operations digitally seemed like a distant dream for many organizations. However, today there are several HRMS solutions offering features like attendance & payroll management services to companies. eHRMS has taken these services a notch higher by offering a system of policy implementation and workflow integration, much to the delight of global customers.
We are fortunate to have interviewed Mr. Sudhir Dudhane, the AVP of eHRMS, and know about his company’s vision and journey henceforth.

A warm welcome from SoftwareSuggest Mr. Sudhir Dudhane. Our readers are keen to know what prompted you to create eHRMS? Tell us about your journey so far.

Yes, I will be obliged to share the journey of how Neural IT was created. Before proceeding, I would want you to understand what Neural IT is. Neural IT’s core business is IT Products and their services. 

The journey has been really exciting, with victories celebrated and hurdles that had to be overcome.  Way back during the early days of our organization, we started with developing software for firms and then developed HR Software for our own Company to map attendance & payroll. With the functional expertise of the HR team, we accelerated our business and stepped into the HR world.

What is your success mantra? Something you have followed personally that has helped you in your journey.

Dedication, passion, and determination are the three pillars of success, and we strictly follow them. Being focused and working hard since the first day of our journey has helped us to keep ourselves afloat in the rigorous business world, even during hard times. We never took our failures negatively; instead, we reorganized ourselves to ensure that we do not commit a similar error again in the future.

What was your thought process behind the inception of eHRMS?

eHRMS always aspired to help clients achieve their HR objectives by providing a System to implement their policies and integrate workflows and consultancy in services. We wanted to provide high-quality services most conveniently and in a simple way.

We want to provide quality services at reasonable rates that will help them to grow in the digital world and HRs to focus more on Business HR roles and strategic activities.

What are the 3 lessons that you need to remember in order to make it big in this industry?

Change is constant.

Change is inevitable, and no matter how hard we try, one cannot stick around to the same age-old business tactics in the rapidly transforming business environment. It is necessary to adapt to the changes accordingly for the longevity of the business.

Hard work pays off.

Hard work is the only key to success. No matter how many times you fail, but it is necessary to keep trying and work harder.

Give your best to get the best.

Give 100% to your business and work. The more the amount of dedication and time you invest in your business, the more impressive outcomes it gives. Providing quality services will ensure a loyal client base that is very important for a business. So, make sure to give your best to your clients and also to your business.

What separates eHRMS from its competitors?

Privacy, confidentiality, and data security are the three important aspects that make us stand out from the crowd. We are an ISO 27001:2013 Certified Company. We maintain a no-paper office policy and restricted public email and internet access to staff.

Coming to the professional front, we have a dedicated team for every service we offer. The team members are highly qualified and well-experienced professionals who ensure error-less and timely deliveries. Our services are reasonable in rates with quality and reliability.

How has Covid-19 impacted your business, and what is your strategy moving forward in the new normal?

Our business is less affected by the COVID-19 as we took all necessary measures instantly to shift our workforce virtually. We made the necessary arrangements and provided the required equipment and software to streamline the operations virtually. Even though our workforce operated virtually, we focused on data security and confidentiality by taking relevant measures.

We have started operating from the office with a minimum workforce, as indicated by the government, and will increase the frequency of employees attending office as things become normal.

What new and exciting updates can we expect from eHRMS in the near future?

Our new feature which we have launched recently is the multi-lingual feature. You can use our HR software in your regional language like Kannada, Punjabi, Hindi, Marathi, etc. This is going to help us cater to the HR’s from all over India with their native language preference.
