Dear Sir or Madam,

Please accept my sincere apologies for having to withdraw from the school owing to personal hardship.

My father, who was paying for my studies, passed away on September 6, 2022, from heart failure. I’ve included a death certificate along with the medical records.

I need to get a job as soon as possible because since his death, my sister and I have no way to sustain ourselves financially. Two years from now, my sister, who is still in high school, will graduate..

Even though the mortgage on our house was paid off by my father’s life insurance policy, I still need to work to afford other expenses like food and clothing. My mother passed away ten years ago, leaving only my sister and I as living relatives.

I’ve attached the required withdrawal forms. I still have time to request a complete refund of this semester’s costs because the semester only started two weeks ago, as per school policy.
