Dear Marvin:

I wish to close my bank account that I have with your institution. My bank account number is 036410-09.

I have had this account for close to ten years, but due to my relocation for my company, I am now forced to switch banks.

I have made sure that all checks have cleared and there are no pending debits to the account.

Currently, there is about $105 in the account. I understand that you will need to take out the monthly processing fees and also need to zero out the account.

Could you please send me the money via check to my new address? My address is 708 Erwin. Drive, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068. I also have a new phone number you can contact with me; it is 614-290-0987.

I would also like to take a moment and let you know that although I had my account for so many years, I am not completely happy with my services.

When the bank was taken over by the new company in 2015, I found that the service lines were always long and I became more like a number than a customer.

I liked the old hometown feel bank used to have. Please contact me should you have any questions.
