I go over which jobs are going to make you more than $75,000 dollars a year. The reason is most people who make more than $75,000 are usually living a good life and are fulfilled with their life.
The first one is going to be a Real Estate Agent in which they can make anywhere from $50,000 to $200,000 dollars per year. The reason I recommend this one is because you can have a regular job and be a real estate agent as a side hustle. There commission percentage range anywhere from 3% to 6% and that is depending on which location you live in.
The second one is going to be selling on an online platform such as Amazon or eBay, these have been known to make really good money over time. You have the opportunity to make more than $200,000 in your first year selling on an online platform. The trick to this is just finding a good supplier in which you are able to buy. Buying products in cheap will help you out and will allow you to spread on your profit margins.
The third is going to be a personal trainer, the best part of being a personal trainer is that you are able to help yourself workout as well as others. You have something to do in which you personally love doing. Personal trainers make anywhere from $40,000 to $80,000 dollars a year. Having this type of job is extremely lucrative because you’ll see the fun to it, and it won’t feel like a job.

They can also expect to make around $80,000 a year, you don’t need a college degree but you will need a high school diploma. Along with the required experience in an apprenticeship from a union or company.
Now moving onto the last one and that would be a commercial pilot and they are in charge of mostly everything from managing controls on the flight to preparing equipment. They do not get to take the weekend off, so of course, this job comes with a lot of responsibility but you are able to make anywhere from $100,000 to $111,000 a year. This is a really good job if you are looking to be a pilot.
