How to Write
Step 1 – Download the letter and enter the names of the renters in the location specified at the top of the page
Step 2 – Indicate the address of the unit or house the landlord requires to be vacated
Step 3 – enter the last day of the rental period. This is the termination date. The letter must provide a minimum of 20 days advance notice. The letter must be delivered, allowing time for the renter to leave the property.
Step 4 – indicate the date the property owner is preparing the letter.
Step 5 – enter the property owner’s signature or their agent, provide the printed name of the agent of the owner, provide the address of the agent or the property owner. The letter must be delivered to the renters at their address. They must be alerted to the existence of the letter immediately.
