What is your success mantra? Something you have followed personally that has helped you in your journey.
Continuous improvement, commitment to delivery are key factors in our journey. Customers appreciate our reliability as we stick to fundamental basics.
How has SONIKS CONSULTING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED equipped itself to deal with the Covid-19 situation better?
We have diversified our portfolios a few years back. This gave an opportunity to handle the covid situation better as we are into IT services, product development, ecommerce space. We utilized digitalization opportunities during covid and helped clients take this pandemic situation as a technology improvement scope/period.
Any interesting changes in SONIKS CONSULTING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED numbers/ stats that you would like to share between Pre-pandemic and now?
Cross vertical adoption and business lessons are also being taught to critical employees to go beyond the standard scope of work. Hence our numbers increased by 20% compared to last year.
What updates and advancements are being made at SONIKS CONSULTING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED to help your clients navigate in the new normal?
Major Digitalization and IT enhancements were done for clients from an access, adoption point of view, and gaps are handled in a way that the client system and their vendors and clients will get new system benefits. Having business knowledge for SONIKS is the biggest advantage as we think from 360 degrees and provide solutions.
What is your vision and plan for taking SONIKS CONSULTING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED to greater heights in the next 5 years?
We want to provide key technology solutions to global customers in b2b and b2c models with the highest reliability and easy adoption. We will work closely with partners and clients to achieve our vision of becoming a top-notch technology solution provider.
What motivates and strengthens you to keep up with the competition?
We are happy to learn from mistakes and learn positive things from partners, competitors. Continuous improvement and adoption are key to our progress. We always look at our past journey and present to get self-motivated, keep up with standards, and compete in the current market.
What advice would you give to young entrepreneurs starting out in this field?
Continuous improvement and reliability are two key factors. Your passion should be bigger than your problems and hurdles for starting and surviving as an entrepreneur.
