SEO in 2021 is super simple. In fact, there are some aspects of SEO / Digital Marketing that are largely unchanged since the beginning of search. While the methods employed by search engines have drastically changed, the philosophy is still to provide the searcher with the most valuable search results. If a searcher finds great value in their search, they will likely come back time and time again for future searches, in the hopes of digesting more content, thus increasing the search engine’s ad revenue.
This is applicable today but more so than ever. Google and YouTube have upgraded their algorithms to show the user/viewer the most relevant and useful search result first, even if it doesn’t have the best SEO or technical configurations. This means that the way we market our content is now based on value rather than being the best at manipulating the search results.
