You’ll notice that many of these 6 figure jobs after college are business or math related, after all those are the highest income skills in demand in today’s job market. But before we jump into it, I want to make this clear, jobs that pay well is not the only thing you should be looking for in a career. You need to enjoy what you do!
Whenever you google the highest paying jobs with a bachelor’s degree you will always find petroleum engineering at the very top of the list. Although it is one of the highest paying careers it’s not one of the best jobs as it lacks stability and growth.
The first of the jobs that pay over 100k is Investment Banking. As with many 6 figure business jobs you have to work A TON of hours. So you have to decide, is slaving away worth
The second of the highest paying jobs out of college is Management Consulting. In addition to being one of the jobs that pay well there are many other benefits, such as travel and the ability to learn more than you would in the average career.
Number three on my highest paying careers list is being an Actuary. In addition to being one of the highest paying jobs out of college the upside potential is HUGE is top earning actuaries making over $300K.
Another top career is Software development. Demand is increasing A LOT, work life balance is decent, and it’s one of the highest paying jobs right out of college. Making software development one of the best 6 figure jobs after college.
Last is engineering. People see engineering as one of the top jobs that pay well with degree, however there is not much room for growth in this career unless you are in a managerial role. To make engineering of the highest paying careers you should combine a engineering degree with a business degree.
